US military supports Seoul ADEX 21 with aerial demonstrations, static displays

The United States military will be represented at the 2021 Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition, or Seoul ADEX 21, Oct. 19-24 at Seoul Airbase, Republic of Korea.

Approximately 170 U.S. service members will showcase a cross-section of U.S. military aircraft for static displays and aerial demonstrations.

The following aircraft currently tasked to support Seoul ADEX 21 include:

  • C-17 Globemaster III static
  • F-16 Fighting Falcon Static and aerial demonstration
  • A-10 Thunderbolt II static
  • P-8 Poseidon static
  • MH-60R/S Sea Hawk static
  • CH-47F Chinook static
  • MQ-1 Predator static
  • AH-1Z Viper static
  • MV-22 Osprey static

This list is not inclusive and is subject to change.

Ken Wilsbach, Pacific Air Forces commander. “We have a partnership unlike any other and showcasing America’s Airpower at this year’s Seoul ADEX is a tribute to our continued pledge to promote peace, stability and prosperity on the Korean peninsula.”

Seoul ADEX 21 is the largest, most comprehensive event of its kind in Northeast Asia, attracting aviation and aerospace professionals, key defense personnel, aviation enthusiasts and the general public alike.
