Chief Master Sergeant Scott Delveau is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Seventh Air Force, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. As the Command Chief, he serves as the principle senior enlisted advisor to the commander on the morale, welfare, training, mission readiness and effective utilization of the command's more than 9000 combat-ready personnel assigned to two wings, five collocated operating bases, and 19 geographically-separated operating locations. He ensures the combat readiness of the command through sound policies, practices and training.

Chief Delveau grew up in Davenport, Iowa; graduated from Central High School in 1984 and enlisted in the Air Force in July of the same year. During his career as a Tactical Air Command and Control Specialist he's held qualifications as an Enlisted Terminal Attack Controller (ETAC), Instructor, Terminal Attack Controller (ITAC) and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC). He has been assigned at Army armor, mechanized infantry, infantry and aviation units as well as the Joint Readiness Training Center. As a first sergeant, he's worked with thousands of special tactics, technical training, mission support, air control, aircraft maintenance and MAJCOM staff Airmen.
