Exercise communications

OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- U.S. Air Force Maj. Miralba C. Fernandez-Covas works closely with her Korean counterparts Republic of Korea Air Force Maj. Kim, Heonjoong and ROKAF 1st. Lt. Cho, Sungmin, all three from Air Component Command’s joint plans and coordination (ACC/PJ). With more than two thousand Airmen, Soldiers, Marines and Sailors participating jointly with ROK air force, communication has to be clear and centralized across the spectrum of air and space power. KR/FE is an annual training exercise that demonstrates U.S. resolve to support the Republic of Korea against external aggression while improving ROK-U.S. combat readiness and joint/combined interoperability.
