ROK and US air forces conduct combined operations during FS24

U.S. and Republic of Korea air forces personnel participate in a Combined Air Staff meeting during exercise Freedom Shield 24 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, March 11, 2024. FS 24 is an 11-day annual exercise aimed at building understanding between Combined Forces Command, United States Forces Korea, the United Nations Command, and ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff, ensuring their ability to fortify the combined defense posture and enhance ROK-U.S. Alliance response capabilities against a spectrum of security threats.
