ROK-U.S. airpower hub for Exercise Key Resolve
OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – Col. Rob Kyrouac, (center), 607th Air and Space Operations Center chief of combat operations division, leads members on the "pit floor" of the Korean Air Operations Center during Exercise Key Resolve March 5. Key Resolve is an "operational-level," Republic of Korea-U.S. training exercise held peninsula-wide to ensure “operational” readiness of air, space and cyberspace operations in the Korean theater of operations. This annual exercise is held in conjunction with Foal Eagle 2008. Both exercises demonstrate U.S. resolve to support the Republic of Korea against external aggression while improving ROK/U.S. combat readiness and joint/combined interoperability.
