KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons and Republic of Korea Air Force F-15K Slam Eagles teamed up for a training event known as “Buddy Squadron”. This event provided participants the opportunity to introduce and review tactics, as well as exchange mission planning ideas. Bilateral training events such as “Buddy Squadron” fulfill a vital role in fortifying the partnership between ROKAF and U.S. counterparts while also playing an integral part in the safety and security of the Indo-Pacific region.
