OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Adm. Samuel Locklear III, U.S. Pacific Command commander, paid a visit to Osan Air Base April 18, 2012, and toured the 5th Reconnaissance Squadron and 25th Fighter Squadron. Brig. Gen. Kurt F. Neubauer, 7th Air Force vice commander, and Col. Patrick McKenzie, 51st Figher Wing commander, welcomed Locklear during his first visit to the base since assuming command of PACOM in March.
