U.S. military forces and aircraft trained with the Republic of Korea Air Force in Fiscal Year 2023 Korea Flying Training at Gwangju Air Base, ROK, April 17-28, 2023.

The annual training event is designed to enhance integration of combined and joint airpower execution through high-quality face-to-face planning, briefing, and debriefing. It Is also intended to train mission commanders and aircrew to operate and succeed in scenarios with a robust surface-to air and air-to-air threat.
