Job description and its impact on the overall mission: Provides clear and secure Command & Control communications for United States Forces Korea, Air Component Command & Seventh Air Force. Maintains 107 Defense Information Systems Agency-Pacific data and telecommunications circuits. Supports entire peninsula's Defense Red Switch Network secure communication requirements.

Time in the military: 3 year 4 months

Time at Korea: 2 years, 8 months

Hometown: Appleton, Wisconsin

Family: Dan and Lisa Richter (My parents), Ashley and Jon (my little sister and brother)

Hobbies: Reading and writing, recently knitting and a bit of computer programming

Why did you join the military? To better myself and to see the world.

Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? Still in the Air Force.

What do you do for fun here? Go to café's to read and go shopping with my friends.

What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? My favorite memory thus far, would be when my TI gave me my Airman's coin, along with a slight reprimand for not reminding him to do so.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? I am most proud of my work with the 607 SPTS Booster Club, specifically helping run two Squadron Holiday Parties since I've been here.

Who are your role models? There have been several people who have inspired me since I have been in the military. Capt Cabillan and TSgt Aspnes stick out as leaders I aspire to be like as I gain rank. Along with them, Chief McNeer has always inspired me to do better and never give up.
