Jamie Barbeau Published Nov. 4, 2010 OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Unit: 607 Air and Space Operations Center Job title: Collection Manager Job description and its impact on the overall mission: I coordinate between those who have intelligence requirements and the units responsible for actual collection and exploitation. Our office works to make sure we schedule the most efficient use of very limited collection assets to meet as many of the collection requirements as we can. Our primary focus is working with the theater ISR assets to satisfy USFK intelligence priorities. Why did you join the military? Working all day and going to school all night wasn't cutting it. Where do you see yourself in 10 or 20 years? Hopefully doing something I enjoy. What do you do for fun here? Travel and hang out with friends. What's your favorite Air Force memory or story? All the places I've been able to visit from the TDYs I've had the opportunity to go on. What accomplishment are you most proud of? Being a member of the Air Force and having the opportunity to meet so many different people and travel. Who are your role models? My parents.
