Fellow PACAF Airmen,

Eva-Marie and I are excited to be back in the Pacific - a place we have been previously assigned and enjoy greatly. We deeply appreciate the warm welcome. The Pacific is a place of vital interest to our Nation and Air Force and will continue to grow in importance.

I am certain you will continue to provide our Chief of Staff and the PACOM Commander with the Global Vigilance, Global Reach and Global Power expected from the world's greatest air force. We will do our part to ensure no Airmen will ever enter an even fight or any American on the ground will encounter an enemy air attack. In addition, we will work hard to ensure that our international partners can share in the benefits of peace and security as we continue to provide air, space, and cyberspace dominance.

We all have a stake in our success, so let us set the bar high and uphold our core values of integrity, service before self, and excellence in all we do. Your loyalty to one another and the team is paramount to this success and resonates clearly in our Airmen's Creed - "I will never leave an Airman behind, I will never falter, and I will not fail."

I look forward to meeting each of you where the mission is done - at our bases around the Pacific. Thank you in advance for your hard work and dedication - and for the sacrifices your families make that allow us to fly, fight, and win.
