April Dybal as commander of the newly activated 5th SWS Detachment 3 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 27, 2023. Detachment 3, a tenant unit on Osan AB, was activated under the 5th SWS, whose mission is to uphold what was once the Army’s Joint Tactical Ground Station’s by providing missile warning systems services to the Indo-Pacific region.
