Invincible Spirit

Standing in front of the F-22 stealth fighter, which was deployed to the peninsula for Invincible Spirit, Lt. Gen. Jeffrey A. Remington, 7th Air Force commander, reiterated that the ongoing exercise is intended to send a "message" against North Korean provocations. "This (exercise) is a deterrence message that we are a strong alliance and that support will be there should we need to deter North Korea," said Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Remington during a press conference at Osan Air Base. (AFOC photo by Chief Master Sgt. Hong Suk Han)
