MAX THUNDER Media Day

KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – Marine F/A-18C pilot Lt. Col. Patrick Houlahan is interviewed by Republic of Korea reporters during the Exercise Max Thunder media day Nov. 6, 2013. The U.S. Marine Corps is participating in Max Thunder for the first time this year, sending F/A-18s and EA-6Bs to fly in an invaluable training opportunity which increases confidence, capabilities and cohesion between the U.S. and the ROK. More than 20 local, national and international reporters and photographers came to Kunsan AB to see the exercise, which fosters bilateral aerial training between the Korea Air Power Team including the U.S. Air Force, Army and Marine Corps and the Republic of Korea Air Force.
