KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea – Journalists attending the Exercise Max Thunder media day film and photograph Republic of Korea KF-16s taxiing for take-off Nov. 6, 2013. More than 20 local, national and international reporters and photographers came to Kunsan AB to see the exercise, which fosters bilateral aerial training between the Korea Air Power Team including the U.S. Air Force, Army and Marine Corps and the Republic of Korea Air Force. Exercise Max Thunder is part of a continuous exercise program to enhance interoperability between U.S. and ROK forces and highlights the longstanding military partnership, commitment and enduring friendship between the two nations.
