Courageous Channel 2013

OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea - NonCombat Evacuation Operations Warden Frank Vaughn gives simulated evacuees an overview of the NEO processing procedures during Exercise Courageous Channel on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Sept. 25, 2013. Approximately 50 people processed through the NEO line Sept. 25 as a practice run for the larger lines expected when they open Sept. 27. Courageous Channel exercises the ability to move non-essential personnel out of danger zones on the Korean Peninsula in the event of hostilities or natural disasters.
