SEOUL, South Korea - Republic of Korea President Park Geun-Hye addresses U.S., ROK and United Nations Sending States service members and civilians Aug. 22 at CP Tango participating in Ulchi Freedom Guardian, an annual computer-simulation command post exercise led by the ROK – US Combined Forces Command. Nearly 30,000 U.S. service members stationed in Korea, along with approximately 3,000 coming from off-peninsula, are participating in the exercise with military, civil and government personnel from the Republic of Korea, and personnel from the United Nations Command Sending States of Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and the United Kingdom.
