Republic of Korea Air Force and U.S. Air Force Airmen from the Air Component Command Installations and Mission Support directorate, monitor exercise civil engineer operations during Ulchi Freedom Guardian 2013 at Osan Air Base, ROK, Aug. 20, 2013.
