U.S. Space Force Col. John Patrick, commander of Space Forces – Korea, explains how the Night Owl Lite system supporting Freedom Shield 25 and POLARIS HAMMER 25 works to Republic of Korea Army Brig. Gen. Park II Hwan, the deputy chief of military innovation with ROK Army headquarters, at Osan Air Base, ROK, on March 13, 2025. Night Owl Lite is a geolocation system for signals intelligence.
