Noncommissioned officers from the 51st Fighter Wing and the Republic of Korea Air Force came together for an NCO Summit Feb. 22, 2024, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, to foster collaboration and build on the solid foundation of partnership and alliance between the U.S. and ROK.
