Eighth Army honored the leadership and legacy of outgoing Commanding General LTG Thomas S. Vandal and Family and welcomed incoming Commanding General LTG Michael A. Bills and Family in a Change of Command ceremony. This ceremony also marked the retirement of LTG Vandal, after serving the United States Army for over 35 years. LTG Bills takes command of Eighth Army after serving as the U/C/J-3, USFK.
