Key Resolve/Foal Eagle participants keep spirit of giving alive
OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Master Sgt. Marvin Parker, Tent City first sergeant, discusses “Project Orphanage,” a toy donation project set up exclusively for Exercise Key Resolve/ Foal Eagle.
